Ryan is a talented jazz performer with the goal of performing in the New York music scene when he graduates from the Eastman School of Music in 2021. He has been awarded scholarships and been asked to perform as a visitor at the Rochester International Jazz Festival. Ryan isn’t just a drummer, either. Despite drumming from the age of three, performance is not his only skill. He also enjoys teaching new students to find joy in drumming and has a strong basis in music theory to help young learners.
